Application & Removal
How do I apply press-ons?
For temporary wear (1–7 days), use sticky tabs.
For long-term wear (1–3 weeks), use nail glue.
How do I remove press-ons?
To remove press-ons, soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive, then gently lift them off starting from the edges. Avoid forcing them to prevent nail damage.
Sizing & Customization
How do I know what size to buy?
Use our Size Chart and follow the instructions to measure your nails. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help—just reach out to us!
What do I do if I have flat nail beds?
Heat the press-ons with a hairdryer or warm water, then gently press down to adjust the fit.
Replacements & Reuse
Can I reuse your nails?
Yes, QOZY press-ons are 100% reusable! Follow the provided instructions for safe removal and storage.
To clean off excess glue, gently buff it away with the included nail file.
I’ve lost a nail—what do I do?
Replacement nails are priced at £6 per nail (plus shipping). They are free when added to a new order. Contact us at contact@qozystudios.com for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
Do I have to pay duties & taxes for EU or international orders?
Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees. These charges vary by destination and are not included in the order total.
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK and the EU. We are exploring options to expand to other countries in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
How can I track my order?

When will my order arrive?
Once we have processed and packaged your order:
UK Orders:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days.
EU Orders:
- International Tracked & Signed: 3–5 business days.
I entered the wrong address—how can I fix it?
Contact us immediately to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we recommend contacting your local postal service (Royal Mail) for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing using our Size Chart before ordering.
I received a faulty or incorrect item—what now?
All our press-on nails are hand-made, so minor variations may occur. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at contact@qozystudios.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
