Return Policy
As all items are custom-made and made-to-order, we do not accept returns after the final sale.
However, we offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange in cases where the item is defective or if you were sent an incorrect item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at contact@qozystudios.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your refund or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions, including the return address for sending the item back.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorisation, or after the 30-day window, will not be accepted. For any return questions, contact us at contact@qozystudios.com.
Damages and Issues
We are not liable for any damages that occur during the shipment process. If your package is damaged or stolen during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
However, if the package arrives intact but the item itself is damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to request a refund or exchange.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason. However, please note that custom-made or made-to-order items are excluded from this cooling-off period.
For all other eligible returns:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International return shipping fees may apply.
